Suggested donation is $10 but this is based on what you’d like to pay and what is going on in your life.
The important thing is you come. Everything else is second to that.

My style of yoga is power vinyasa style yoga but I use modifications throughout so beginners are welcome. I cue the entire class so don’t worry about not knowing yoga. I’ve got you. We all started as a beginner. I throw in some mat Pilates inspired moves and a closing mindfulness meditation based on a piece of art.
Bring your own yoga mat, if you wish. I have plenty if you don’t have one. Prepare to get a full body experience.
